  • Dr. Olu Owolabi

    Partner

    Chemical engineer, he gradually modified his career into the service industry, where he found major challenges and developed interest in customer relationship management. He gained valuable experience as a senior manager in multinational companies working in telecommunication, logistics, IT and HR sectors. He is specialized in process engineering and optimization, as well as strategic planning. Implementing rationalization and right-sizing strengthened his believe that even difficult and unpopular management tasks can be done successfully when approached with a high level of dedication, professionalism, and empathy in human relations. The high point of his professional career was the privilege to build a multi-lingual Shared Service Center, employing several hundred staff from the scratch.
  • Szabó Tímea

    Customer Care Consultant

    An economist, she has been working in customer relationship management for about 15 years! Starting a career in the banking sector, she has great exposure to the telecommunication industry through senior management roles in sales and customer service. She considers the classical customer service and IT Help Desks as her first domain, with great flair for direct and indirect sales and the KPI’s versatile utilization. She is strongly committed to quality and efficient partner relationship.
  • Gáll Tamás

    Managing Director

    Electrical engineer, he held several senior sales and management positions in multinational companies from the IT and Telecommunication industry. He is specialized in strategic planning, business development, business partner and customer relationship management, business process engineering and quality assurance.
